PHASE 2: KINDERGARTEN
Phase 2 deals mainly with the Master Plan’s (MP) kindergarten building, developing the planning for the future growth of the DSV. It is the smallest building in the complex. Its volume and its orientation respond to its program. Its location in the complex provides an urban response to a strange and ambiguous point on the site, halfway between the open and expansion typologies. The spatiality of this building is generous and recreational.
In addition to this building, in this phase the existing primary building is partially refurbished, the sports courts are rearranged (again) and the school square, the spatial heart of the complex, is also provisionally refurbished.
