Located on the edge of a densely populated urban area surrounded by fertile irrigated land, and considering the scant alternatives offered by the constraints of the site, this proposal chooses to work on the relationship with its context through the façades. By simply breaking up the envelopes of the living area of each home with respect to the alignment of the building, this proposal manages to provide the planes of the façade with volume by inserting wedge-shape terraces. The apartments in the building give onto a small green area, as a preamble to the outlying fertile agricultural land, turning the façade into a sort of large gatherer of open wooded space. The other building, in more direct contact with the street, offers continuous or broken planes of the façade to alternating floors, making the most of these maisonettes, so that their relationship with the outside is determined by two different scales, an intermediary solution to the former.
