The house is situated on a sloping site, at the end of Sierra Calderona, with sea views. It is a second residence that faces the premise of being “simple and pleasant, linked to Mediterranean tradition.” The project focuses on those intentions, so stimulating, trying to take the construction towards the simple and “tactile”: load-bearing walls, joists with revolts, plasters, wood and ceramics.
