The aim is to set up a ground floor of an old apartment building to provide a workshop for a painter and ceramist. A small but comfortable and brightly lit space which consists of, as usual in these cases, a sum of fragments prancing under the old buildings and looking for natural lighting from the street or from small inner courtyards. The strategies approached reside in elementary and economical reasons: to clear, consolidate, reinforce, apply wall linings, isolate and paint.
