This house, located in a residential area of isolated high-rise buildings, has of origin, an enormous potential thanks to its generous outdoor spaces: two spacious terraces and a large gallery. Its transformation is mainly based, on influencing the virtues of the model of origin and bringing it, as far as possible, to the single-family housing model. For this, the presence of the exterior spaces of the house is enhanced with the intention of provoking the sensation, thanks to the play of light and shadow and visuals, of living outside.
